May I read section 12 Adzanumee and her Mother?

I will research to try and find the melody of the tune and the pronunciation of 'Adzanumee'.

p.s.

The 'listen' links in number 6 (the block with the story names and assigned readers) are not working.

I will send my mp3 within a week and hope for acceptance of my read.

Will check back on the 'listen' links as well. Maybe I'm doing something wrong there. It just won't work for me.

Thanks, I'll sort the listen links and such out for your two chapters tomorrow :)

Thanks for the headsup on the link, I'll have a look tomorrow, I know it was working earlier, sometimes the internet just goes crazy :/

If you need help recording and such then you can always follow this http://librivox.org/wiki/moin.cgi/NewbieGuideToRecording or if you get really stuck then do ask :). Have you done any test recordings, (or this story might be short enough for a test recording) to see how your recording set up sounds?

Rowen,

I hope to hear back from you tomorrow, or sometime this week, re: the below and the 'listen' links.

I d/l Audacity and did tuturials today, studied lots (incl. NewbieGuideToRecording), and I did a test of "Cinderella" (just something my 3-yr-old daughter loves. She did like the recording and seemed to find the process fascinating).

My next testing will include a test of this story for your book and one or two other stories, also hopeful LibriVox's.

I'll be asking for feedback on the short story board.

I can send yours to you first, vs the main story board, whatever you think.

Thanks again,

soundchest

Hi soundchest!

If you want specific feed back on a recording, you can start a new thread in Listeners wanted, tellling what kind of feedback you'd like.
There is some info here.
