Well, I do have a few projects on the table, and I'm leaving on a 2-week trip in a couple days, but I think I could manage ANTONIO which would be a great part for me. If you want me to wait and see what is available when I get back, that's fine. Always delighted to do some Shakespeare, my first acting gig in college. (Lorenzo in Merchant of Venice, although my secret desire is to play Shylock some day )

Happy to have you! Am I right in thinking this is your first recording? Before you start, might I suggest recording a 1-Minute Test and posting it in the Listeners Wanted forum? This isn't an audition, just a way to make sure your recording setup is free of kinks before embarking on something larger.

I'm going to be away from LV for a while. I have had some serious family things come up and LV is to much at the moment.

Out of curiosity, what do you want done with the singing parts? (I'm considering volunteering for Balthasar)

We are never so ridiculous for the qualities we have as for those we pretend to.

Singing would be wonderful if you'd like to do it - you could invent an original melody of your own, I could come up with one, or we could use a tune in the public domain.

Or we could forego singing entirely, if you'd prefer.

Thanks for asking!
