Would you like a narrator ?
Will there be a separate section for the DRAMATIS PERSONAE and will you want them in the MW order or the order in the text?

David - I would love a narrator! I usually don't do a separate DP file...but maybe it's warranted for this one. Can you record an intro and outro for it and I'll decide later? Characters as they appear in the MW please. There are a lot of non-speaking characters listed in the text, and a lot of speaking characters who don't appear in the cast list. This play is a mess, frankly.

I don't think the "Lady" in 4.1 is Lady More, BTW - I think it's actually Mistress Roper.

Hey Elizabeth, I'm actually pretty sure that the Lady in 4.1 is Lady More. It's a little unclear when she first enters, because Roper is the last person to speak and then the stage directions read "enter his lady," but More addresses her as "wife" multiple times:

LADY.
I warrant ye, my lord, all shall be well.
There's one without that stays to speak with ye,
And bade me tell ye that he is a player.

MORE.
A player, wife!—One of ye bid him come in.

MORE.
Where are the waits? go, big them play,
To spend the time a while.

[Enter Lady.]

How now, madame?

LADY.
My lord, th' are coming hither.

MORE.
Th' are welcome. Wife, I'll tell ye one thing;
One sport is somewhat mended; we shall have
A play tonight, The Marriage of Wit and Wisdom,
And acted by my good Lord Cardinal's players;
How like ye that, wife?

LADY.
My lord, I like it well.
See, they are coming.
