Hello, I be that Jfilesguy. I'm new here, and so this should hopefully become my first project.
I would like to have the role of Downes, which is role 48. It's a bit part, so I should be able to turn it in pretty quickly.
I think I'd like to be credited by my full name, so that'd be Jake K. Friedman.

Thank you Kristin and Frances for those parts. I hope to get more involved after this week and try to get STM finished up.

Since this will be your first recording for LV, let's go with Section 48 for now, we will consider that your test recording. (which involved just checking computer setup, file specs, etc)

Be sure to follow all the instruction in the opening post.

It's not powering up.

We hope it's just the keyboard (the power button is integrated into it, and the keyboard was the original problem), so we'll be ordering one. We won't have it until late next week (i.e. after around the 14th).

I could try putting Audacity on our old desktop, but I make no guarantees.

I use my laptop on my lap - hard to use an external keyboard that way!
