Any chance I could claim section 13? This will be my first recording (have done the test already).

Welcome erfunath,
You have not actually posted your test recording, please read through the 1-Minute Test Wiki and follow all the instructions. Please record the test to get a feel for the LV process and to get feedback on any tech problems you may experience. That section would run about 27 minutes, it would be a shame to not have all your recording specs set up correctly ahead of time. :D

I went back and looked at the word document text, which says "In addition, there are many Europeans of various, who have gone to South America to settle. In the interior there are few people yet, except Indians." I take it this is the troublesome passage? Do you want me to make the addition, or leave it as it is in the original?
Lynne
It must be wrong in the Word document (which is not the original!). I was looking at the original text on archive.org.

That is correct, the word 'races' was omitted from the text.

http://archive.org/stream/ontariopublicsch00onta#page/152/mode/2up - is the archive link for page 152 - two sentences above the Brazil title on page 153.

Here is section 19. I had claimed it earlier but didn't see an acknowledgement in the forum and I see the MW wasn't updated. Hopefully this is OK.
