Thank you! I have posted it in the MW and Sarah should be along sometime soon to take a listen and let you know if any changes need to be made.

Sections 31 and 34 have been orphaned and are available to be claimed. I would like a quick turnaround if at all possible since this book is nearly complete, due date around the end of July. Let me know if you would like one or both!

Thanks,
Jill 8-)

Somehow I missed this post the other day, I think I need to not read LibriVox messages on my phone because then I forget about them by the time I am at my computer. I just posted this one and 34 in the MW for PL'ing. Thank you very much for your quick turnaround time on these!

I had a little trouble with it because I accidentally deleted it and had to rerecord, let me know how it works!

Hello there! Thanks for the new file, I'm sorry you had trouble with the old file being deleted. I usually save my files at each stage: raw file with no editing, edited file, finished file with amplification done and noise removal run. That way -- hopefully! -- I won't lose too much work if I accidentally delete a file. I did run it through the Checker program (which you can download, too: http://wiki.librivox.org/index.php/Checker Make sure you download the experimental version - you will find the volume in decibels on the Information tab.) and found that it is a little bit quiet at 84.5 dB. To correct that you can amplify it in Audacity by clicking Effects > Amplify. Choose to increase the volume by 4.5 dBs and you should be at our target volume of 89 dBs.

That being said, Sarah, our proof listener will still listen to the files for content so you can wait for her notes before making the amplification changes. Let us know if you have any questions. Thanks for all your hard work!
