You know what? I may actually have something to upload, although it's not a new recording...well....it's not a *recent* new recording. I was digging through my material and found that I did record and edit chapter 2 (way back in February...sheesh!), but never uploaded it.

Well done - keep going! Could you also post the duration of each file in the Notes field? It'll really help the proof-listeners later on.

What's TRT? Total Running Time I'm guessing. Never seen that before on LibriVox - might be confusing - don't want to be difficult but maybe change to Length or Duration, or just the numbers would do, too.

Everything else is great - now we're just looking forward to your next recording!

Semi-regular update: still nothing new. I keep hoping to get back to this, but other things keep coming up. Sadly, the one-year anniversary of the start of this project is quickly approaching, and instead of being nearly done, it's barely off the ground. Yarg....

It's just a thought, Justin, and if you're having that pesky thing called Life happening, may not be relevant ... but ... you could organise chapters by their interestingness, and record the coolest-looking ones first. Keeps your motivation up, and by the time you're getting to the duller ones (if there are any, admittedly) then most of the book is done anyway, and you have that Completion Motivation instead of plain interest.

Oh ya "Edison's Poured Cement House" looks riveting!!!

You could also open it up as a collaborative if you just do not have the time.
