Here are the missing intros and outros for the narrator hope they are ok. I did as you suggested and just put them all in one file rather than uploading all the files again.

Missing voice credit at beginning of file ("Balthazar, read by David Warner").

Also there's a missing line @ 2:30, on p. 130 of the text: "Believe what he has said is truth."

Otherwise, very nicely read! :)
