Interesting the books that stood out. Also nothing ever changes, the people that read about ridiculous characters never see themselves in them.

Of course! We are amazingly myopic about things and don't see ourselves especially in parody.

I haven't recorded anything lately. The setup I have now doesn't let me have a space with little noise except at 2 AM or thereabouts. We have been busy directing a Christmas play at our church and don't have alot of free time right now.
