No problem, Dr. D!~ It's a nifty little tool you can download and use to check things like volume (I'm sure you know we aim for 89 dB: this is how we can find how close we are and if we need to amplify or de-amplify, among other things). If you use MP3Gain, it is superfluous, I believe, but I personally always use Checker

After you have converted to MP3, you can just run it through Checker to... well, check. You can then go back to the Audacity file to make any changes, and re-do the MP3 file before uploading it.
