Since elainesilva is busy, I'm going to do a bit of PLing.

Section 03-
The silence at the beginning of the file needs to be less than 1 second long (it was just the tiniest bit too long)
Likewise, the silence at the end needs to be 5 seconds long (it was about 8)
You also need to make the recording about 7 decibels louder (if you are using Audacity, you can do this by highlighting the whole file and selecting "Effect" then "Amplify")
In the title's ID tag, please use the form: 03 - Part 1: Chapter 2: Of Propriety of Conduct in Relation to Domestic Duties (the number at the beginning ensures that the files will play in the correct order in an MP3 player - otherwise they would just go in alphabetical order which would be confusing)

Some more PL notes:

05-
Please ensure that there is less than one second of silence at the beginning

07-
Please leave 5 seconds of silence at the end of the recording (there is currently about 3)
Needs to be about 4 decibels louder (see how in my note on section 03)
For the title ID tag, please use the form 07 - Part 2: Chapter 1: Of Deportment in the Street. And the author's last name is Celnart (even though you don't pronounce the 't')

Section 12. Please fix your ID3 tags. The Title should be 12-Part 2: Chapter 6: Of the Moral Observances in Conversation.
Please leave 10 second silence at the end of the recording as it is a file longer than 30 minutes. You only need to add 3 more seconds.
