Pronunciation ??
in chapter 7, Captain Jim remembers Selwin's wife from 60 years ago who is named Persis Leigh.
Several people say that name during the chapter so I'd like to be consistent: I say PURR-SIS LEE because that is how we pronounce Leigh as a girls name here.
Could I get a consensus on this?

Sounds right to me - I can't think of any other way to say it.philchenevert wrote: I say PURR-SIS LEE because that is how we pronounce Leigh as a girls name here.

I would be happy to take Paul Irving if nobody else has asked.

Sorry it has taken me so long to get to Susan! But I've listened to all of her chapters now, and there are just a few small corrections:
In Chapter 35 at 0:14 this line is a bit blurred and there is some missing: "In the meantime, will you just step out and give me your opinion on the meat for dinner?" (It sounds like "option" rather than opinion.)
In Chapter 36 at 0:29 the line should be "And there is no doubt that we are born to trouble as the sparks fly upward." (I know this isn't a word perfect project, and I wouldn't normally be so picky about a single word, but since this *is* a Bible quote I think we better get it right!)
Arielle, in Chapter 38 there is a repeat of "she did" at 00:36 - can you cut that out in editing, or does it need to be redone and reuploaded? It is in the middle of a longish speech.
Everything else is PL OK!

The way you have it sounds correct to me, Phil!
Beth, I can fix that chapter 38 repeat, but I think Cat is going to redo it anyway.

Hello!
So sorry it took me this long. I recorded the lines immediately but took quite a while to upload them -- school, finals, you know how it is.

Hope the audio isn't too loud. Let me know if you need me to rerecord.
Thanks (:
