Thanks for catching that, Cori. I'll do some checking and will discuss the possibilities with Tony.
Tony - I sent you a PM about this. Cori is right -- it doesn't appear to be in the Public Domain in the U.S. I've given you information about Legamus, so you can post it there if you'd like.

Dolly - I'm leaving it in the MW for now until Tony has confirmed he has seen this. Please don't PL it though.

Cori - Thanks again for catching that! I appreciate it.

I really like the story myself, and looked at the date of it a while ago ... I'm rather excited about Tony's recording. :D
There's honestly no such thing as a stupid question -- but I'm afraid I can't rule out giving a stupid answer : : To Posterity and Beyond!

Okay, I've finished!

Thanks LJAtkinson for catching and correcting errors!

I found two little tiny bits that could be fixed if you'd like.
@ 30.49 - there's a teensy stumble "... I c... was constantly..."
@ 36.00 - "bills receivable" instead of "bills received"

By the way, what a story! A little different, isn't it? I like it.

thanks,
dolly

Hi Lars -

PL is OK! for the Olive. The decibel level is a teensy bit loud at 93.1 (Librivox likes it at 89). All it needs is a teensy bit of deamplification.

Thanks!

Dolly

Romance in Encyclopaedialand is PL OK!

however, its decibel level is not quite loud enough - it is reading 82.9. If you could "pump up the volume" (LOL) just a tad to get it to 89, that'd be great.

And will be PLing the Trousseau soon, I promise!

Hope everything is okay with it.

Hi Britannia -

The story is PL OK - except for the place name Niagara @ 10:24.

It looks like it should be something like Ni-ya-gar-a, doesn't it? :)

Niagara, rhymes with Viagra (maybe that's an American joke? and not funny....) The first syllable "Ni" sounds like "nice" or "pie". ---> Ni-ag-ra.

The audio is a little low, also - it reads 87.6 on MP3 Gain. If you could amplify by 2, that'd be great!

thanks,
Dolly

Hi Lars,

I'm still reading the decibel level as being around 93. It might be that the changes didn't save properly when you de-amplified? sorry to be such a pest!

thanks!
