Hi Laurence, section 15 is almost PL OK. Besides a lot of clipping peaks and a wrong id3 tag for the title, everything is perfectly good. Greetings Kajo

Hi David, section 17 is a few edits away from being PL OK. Good reading.

PL notes section 17:
stumble at 1:55 “as a financier”
repeat at 2:30/2:34 “but the more expensive skins ...” The repeat starting at 2:34 is the one to keep.
stumble at 3:56
the id3 tags are visible in audacity but not in the file manager

If you don't mind, I would recommend for future recordings to try to avoid background noise (e.g. between 5:45 and 6:00), especially those kinds of noises that can't be “cleaned” with noise removal in audacity. If you have no influence on the noise you can wait some moments until the noise is gone and repeat the sentence that was effected. And afterwards you can cut out the unwanted parts when you edit the recording.

And here are also three notes for section 18:

the same problem with the id3 tags
a stumble at 10:54
the silence at the end of the recording is 10 seconds long but should be 5 seconds long (10 seconds are necessary for recordings longer than 30 minutes)

Greetings Kajo

Thanks for these, David. The long ones can seem *really* long sometimes, can't they? Thanks for getting through it. :)

David, thank you for the corrected recordings. Sections 17 and 18 are PL OK. And besides the missing '-' in the id3 tag for the title, section 19 is also PL OK. Well done! Greetings Kajo

Sorry about the missing "-", or is it a "_"? Is that in the Title block?
Christmas is a busy time now, with the Talking News and January Magazine to produce, so I'll probably give librivox a rest for a while, but shall I get the next chapter (22) ready for the new year?
