Hello, and welcome to Librivox

Thank you for your interest in this project. However, since this would be your first recording for Librivox, we suggest you do the 1-minute test ( http://wiki.librivox.org/index.php/1-Minute_Test ), so we can make sure all the technical aspects are ok. Please post your test in the Listeners and Editors Wanted forum, for faster feedback.

Also, before I can assign you the section, as specified in the first message, I need to know under what name/pseudonym you'd like to appear in the catalog. We can also link to a personal website/blog.

Thanks again! :)

My pleasure Leni.

I'll be off concentrating on other projects for a bit, but then I'll be back for more Ruskin; unless he's all taken up by then.

FYI- I dont expect this to effect my PL'ing, but Nov5-12 I will be moving from North Carolina to Nebraska. I'm unsure exactly how quickly we'll get the computers etc set back up, so there might be a lull. Just know that I'll get back as soon as I can, and if you need a quick PL from someone else I'll understand :D

Leni, I'd like to claim section 10, if I could, the Byzantine palaces. I am suffering from involuntary dactylic spasms in my legs, and I need a dose of my native tongue. Malone

Leni, I have jumped the gun again a bit, but here is section 10, 35:42.

I would like to go ahead and claim section 11.

Best regards, Malone

Don, sorry for that, I was prevented from updating earlier by a very full week at work (finished with an interesting lecture about Cicero's Tusculan Disputations, another Classic we still don't have here at LibriVox!).

Thanks for the recording and for the new claim!

Leni, in my first submission of section 10, I omitted to include paragraph 19. So here is an amended version of section 10.
