This project is complete. All files are available for download on the catalog page here: http://librivox.org/three-little-pigs-by-l-leslie-brooke/

I've just recorded The Story of the Three Little Pigs, as retold and illustrated by L. Leslie Brooke:

Would some kind MC please help with post-production? Here's the cataloguing copy:

This version of the classic tale of the three pigs, their houses and a wolf, published in 1904, has a new twist in its second half. This recording can be enjoyed by itself, or you can read along with the Library of Congress facsimile version from the International Children's Library at

ps. I proofed this already, so we can skip that stage.

Thanks for seeing to this!

By the way, is there a way to replace the URL for ICDL with the word "here," and have that word linked directly to the page for Three Little Pigs? Navigating to the story from their home page is really hard, for kids or adults!

Here is the direct link:

Betsy: I noticed in the preliminary catalog page that the word "Digital" was missing from the International Children's Digital Library." That's such a cool project ... hopefully they will get more traffic from recordings we make that refer to their work.
