OK, I got in a zone, and these just seemed to flow (perhaps from the bard himself). Man, forgot how much I loved this stuff, and it sounds so good spoken out loud.

Here is my section (put under Brad Bush, No URL):

Tell me when you get this, as I have limited space, and delete chapters from this space when I need to upload others.

Just a note (as I am always reminded by Kara), file names will need to be renamed to have 3 digits in each part (like sonnets_001-010_shakespeare.mp3), or it won't alphabetize properly in some MP3 players. Also, I suggest the first poem number of the section being put in the track number ID tag, as then they will be correctly ordered in some MP3 players.

Wow, that was quick! I've downloaded it so you can go ahead and delete it off your server. I'm listening now and it sounds great; it is easy to just get into a rhythm with the sonnets and roll right through them.

Yes, I realized my error with the filenames after I started the project and decided to change the whole metadata scheme to go with the more readable versions we've been using lately. I've just been changing the tags and filenames when I get them, so no worries!

annie I'll have some files for you today. NOTE: ID3 tags cannot have any ' (apostrophes) otherwise archive.org system goes wonky.

sonnet 28 - 00:02:08 - as read by a very drunk anthony (which must be listened to while reading the text, see below ... note also most of the recordings were done new yrs eve, hence the drunkenness, which i would never condone otherwise)... UPDATE: I made a friend listen to this and he said, that's creepy, which had never occured to me, but just some background, we were all sitting around in a candle-lit cellar reading shakespeare - with some revellers upstairs - and anthony was cracking up laughing so hard he could not contain himself! so he's not getting choked to death or anything, he's laughing throughout!
