I am afraid I have no resistance when it comes the Bard!

If not, I totally understand. If so, I am yours to command!

Thanks Caprisha

I have put you down for CHARLES, son of JOHN, King of France - highly appropriate, seeing that his brother Philip was read by a female reader. Enjoy!

OK, I went ahead and recorded Derby. The character becomes a little shouty in some parts, but I can go back and re-record those lines if it doesn't work. I also recorded two versions of the final line... because I wasn't sure on how to pronounce "Copland."

Here are the 4th Poor Frenchman and 2nd French Herald, if you'd like:

Dramatis personae bits for both characters are in the first file.

Charles, son of John, King of France
(Note: one of these acts included a line for ALL FRENCHMEN, which I also recorded. I assumed I was a Frenchman, but if you don't need it, just ignore it and chuckle to yourself  )

Act 3
Duration: 01:05
http://upload.librivox.org/share/uploads/alg/kingedward3_charlessonofjohn_3.mp3

Act 4
Duration: 05:51
http://upload.librivox.org/share/uploads/alg/kingedward3_charlessonofjohn_4.mp3

Algy, Some things occurred to me AFTER I got these recorded. Both acts are very short for our young prince, so it won't take a few minutes to do him over if you would rather (or if I messed up the other thing).
1- I read him with pseudo-British Americanized accent instead of a French one - I guess that whole "son of the King of France" think escaped me. I wasn't sure what everyone else was doing, so just give me a quick holler if you want me to give him my pseudo-French Americanized accent. 8-) lol!
2- The pronunciation of Villiers. I was just puttering along pronouncing it "vill-ayes," but it did occur to me (again after the fact) that this might not be the correct pronunciation. Again, a very short section - won't take a few minutes to redo if that is "not as correct" as we might wish it to. :D

Thanks!
