Note for Ruth: The story will probably not make sense to listeners unless they know that it is an allegory mocking the management of the British army during the Crimean War. If there is room, it would be good to mention that in the blurb.
Cheers,
Carl.

American Psychology 1922-1947. It's the nearest thing to American Psycho that we are allowed to record.
Thank you, Carl!
I have much the same thought about his polemic about the Pre-Raphaelites. I shall have to write the introduction carefully. But these are articles that demonstrate the breadth of his interests, and the vehemence of his opinions, and I think they add much interest to the collection.

I liked it too, Mary. Excellent reading!
By the way, you have had a delightful review for Totem and Taboo on archive.org HERE (scroll to foot of page). Bravo!

Ruth, you are so good/to me. That review makes my day/month. I would say year but I always think the best is yet to come. Glad you liked the Dickens reading. After listening to Tadgh as much as I have, I feel insufficient to the task. Wth this encouragement, maybe I'll try to get something in the other volumes as well.

Thanks Elaine.
It will be at least a few days before I get time to record my remaining section, just so you know.
Cheers,
Carl.
