Tiffany,
How do I treat footnotes?
1) Read them at their occurrence within the text?
2) Read them at the bottom of the page in which the footnote appears?
3) Read them at the end of the chapter?
4) Don't read them at all?
Thanks!
Kimberly

Unless Gabrielle knows what Kim did with any previous footnotes....
If they are helpful read them when they occur in the text, saying 'footnote' when you start and 'end of footnote' when it is done. if they really do not seem useful to the text or explain anything just leave them out.

I will sign you up for section 16!
It is pretty easy to mix up section and chapter numbers

Yes, I believe that is what the original soloist was doing...only read them all the time not just when they seem "helpful", as we are not supposed to "edit" the text.fiddlesticks wrote:Unless Gabrielle knows what Kim did with any previous footnotes....

Hey Tiffany, do you have access to edit the first post? I just noticed that Kimberly put the 128 kb information in the URL of her files...however when I checked, it isn't her fault, because the first post says to do it that way. However, that shouldn't be in there. If you have access to edit that first post, would you be able to change the sample file-name to the way it should be? Thanks.
Amy - can you change the file URL's of sections 5-7 to reflect what I just told Tiffany? Thank you.
Kimberly - sorry about this! This is completely our fault for having the sample wrong in the first place. Just remember for the future that it should be "sovereigntyofgod_##_pink" - without the "128kb" part.
Anna (echobase77) - I haven't listened to your file (section 12) for other errors yet, but when I ran it through the checker program, it noticed that the volume was a tad low. The target volume is 89dB, and the file is currently 85 dB. Hold off on editing the file until I make sure there's nothing else you need to fix, but just wanted to post about the volume before I forgot about it.

I do not have access to edit the first post, but Amy probably does. Great catch, I am not sure if I would have noticed that!
