I've quickly uploaded another song. Since I've recorded it in a very empty office space it has a rather... let's say "churchly" echo. I hope that's not a problem.

So here is the info:
Title: Herbei oh ihr Gläubigen
Text: after Latin carol "Adeste fideles" translated by F.H. Ranke (1798 - 1876)
Melody: J.F.Wade, 1751
Arrangement: Friedrich Silcher (1789 - 1860)
http://www.cantus.org/archiv/carol/herbei.htm
Length: 3:27
Sung by evha

Thanks for PL!
Have a great 4th advent.
Eva

Herbei oh ihr Gläubigen is great! :D

(acutally i really liked the echo-y sound)

Um... it appears to be mono to me. :? I used the checker, and imported it into Audacity to be sure, as W7 declines to tell me in the properties.

Hmmm, maybe something got corrupted when I downloaded it again. I'll try again....

Edit: It's really weird. The checker still tells me it's stereo, but when I open it in Audacity it's clearly mono...

If a last carol is required to complete the collection, I'll gladly contribute "Go tell it on the mountain". I've recorded it just because you never know ;-)

Just let me know if you need me to upload it!

Cheers,
Eva

Great, so here we go:

Title: Go tell it on the mountain
Author: John Wesley Work, Jr., 1907 - 1925, based on an African-American Spiritual, early 1800s
Source: http://www.hymnsandcarolsofchristmas.com/Hymns_and_Carols/go_tell_it_on_the_mountain_1.htm
Length: 2:42

I hope I got it all right. Again, rather echo-y recording.

Good night everybody!

Well, that's odd. Now Gesu Bambino seems to be stereo again. I am getting confused.

Ah.. .there were two uploaded within an hour one called gesubambino_yon_skh.mp3 and one gesubambion_yon_skh.mp3 (which was mono).

I will make it right now.

Many thanks to you all for making this such a delightful and varied collection. Especial thanks to Elli for proof-listening, and Laurie Anne for holding the fort while I was incapable. :D

This collection is now safely catalogued and all audio files may be found at http://librivox.org/christmas-carol-collection-2011-by-various/

As it is quite a complex project, feel free to run your eye over the page and see if you can spot any mistakes. :)

On the readers page for the project (https://catalog.librivox.org/public_readers.php?ProjectID=5951) all singers who were involved in the 12 Days project appear, but on the catalog page you linked only mangotrader is listed. Will it only show one reader on that main page or is it possible for everyone to be listed there?
Thanks! Great job getting everything up and running.

Now corrected. It will take an hour for the cache to clear, then it should look right.
