A question on
Section 18 – The spelling “cinna
ber” is old for “cinna
bar.” Do you think it was actually pronounced “cinnaber” like “her” or “cinnabar” like “car,” as we do now? Can't find the answer in google!
Another question/thought:
There are a lot of “
uppercase P uppercase Q uppercase R uppercase S uppercase T lowercase p lowercase q lowercase r lowercase s lowercase t” and similar run-ons in this section. Might using the term “
uppercases PQRST lowercases pqrst],” etc., make listening to this reading a little less irritating on the brain even though it wouldn’t ‘match’ the previous readings that don't happen to have such long upper- and lowercase runs? I'll go with whatever 'the powers that be' decide!
