In (Rq/Iq) × (S cub./D quad.) [02:30] and (Rq × S cub.)/(Iq × D quad.) [03:23] both "q" and "quad." stand for "quadratum". I think it would be better if both were read the same, "squared", as I suggest for Section 9.
Here's Section 11 - updated with above.

OK, now I feel like we’re gettin’ somewhere!

A question on Section 18 – The spelling “cinnaber” is old for “cinnabar.” Do you think it was actually pronounced “cinnaber” like “her” or “cinnabar” like “car,” as we do now? Can't find the answer in google!

Another question/thought:

There are a lot of “uppercase P uppercase Q uppercase R uppercase S uppercase T lowercase p lowercase q lowercase r lowercase s lowercase t” and similar run-ons in this section. Might using the term “uppercases PQRST lowercases pqrst],” etc., make listening to this reading a little less irritating on the brain even though it wouldn’t ‘match’ the previous readings that don't happen to have such long upper- and lowercase runs? I'll go with whatever 'the powers that be' decide!

 You completely flummoxed the BC here.

Unfortunately I cannot really answer either question - as a non-native English speaker, that is.

For the second one, if this is proper English, you can use the uppercaseS, as long as it's comprehensible for the listener, that's fine with me. I guess by the time anyone has listened that far, it would be understandable in any case.

The same for me!
I'd say both pronunciation ways are acceptable. If I had to choose one, that would be "cinnabar".
Also, “uppercases PQRST lowercases pqrst” is just fine, and easier on the ear

Thanks so much to you both for your input. I'll go with "cinnabar" pronunciation and upper or lowercase"S" then.

Here's Section 18 -

I'll go for 19 Book II Part I - Observations 1 - 6 but you'll have to let me know what we're doing with the tables to come. Will they be read in some way? If so, have you come to a decision as to how?
