I am pronouncing Riis as Reece; is that the consensus? or is there a proper way to say it?

Maybe it's hubris or egoism, but I pronounced the author's name that way... 8-)

Yup...like Reece. There's a park named after him, so I know for sure. Unless millions of New Yorkers are mispronouncing it....which wouldn't be a surprise. :twisted:
