I'd like to PL the Esperanto submission.

Also, per Nicholas19's suggestion, I'd like to include some Greek from this book:

Stories in Attic Greek, by Morice
http://books.google.com/books?id=IaoBAAAAYAAJ

Most are quite short. I'll post the first story once my test submissions are given the okay.

I would like to read the first part of the Italian constitution, named "basic principles".
Do you think the topic can fit or it would be better in your opinion to choose another subject?
thanks
Marco

Hi, Marco

No, this collection is for all kinds of short works, the more the merrier! :) We just need to make sure it's in the Public Domain, and it's fair game.

Hi there

Please, do PL! Thanks for offering! And the book looks fine, too, it'd be great if you could send some stories. :)

PL to жид:

In the intro, the name of the author and the language is missing. At the end, there are only 7 s pause, this should be ten, since it is longer than 30 minutes. This should be corrected!

The reading is good, but a little speedy. The following little corrections are optional and these are only little mistakes that do not really disturb:

4:57 little repetion рука-руками
5:30 repetition вокру-вокруг
11:50 I'm not sure, but I think there is a за after деньги-то
16:42 The half sentence Я рассеяанно... is missing
26:29 little repetition тве-твердила

I'm not good in the old orthography and use the modern one, but You will know what I mean; DanaK, please decide Yourself if You want to correct this!

Hello,

here is a small french contribution

Lettres Persanes (1721)
Baron de Montesquieu (1689-1755)
Lettre 100
Link to text:
http://fr.wikisource.org/wiki/Lettres_persanes/Lettre_C._Rica_au_m%C3%AAme
Link to recording:
http://upload.librivox.org/share/uploads/le/msw001_lettrepersane100_montesquieu_cs.mp3
Duration: 3'07

Leni, I made a mistake and the first file I've uploaded was with "lettres persanNes" so 2 N, which is the wrong spelling.
So maybe there is a way to get rid of this file?

If nobody shows up for the PL I'll ask a couple a good friends of mine... :D

I have read according the text found on Wikisource.org
livre : Swift-Opuscules humoristiques - Wailly - 1859.djvu

Thanks for helping me (as I am a beginner...)

yes, the text comes this source

I could record other texts from Swift and other authors in different languages, if you are satisfy with this first attempt.

If you ask me to correct something, please, first explain me how I have to deal with...

Have a nice time

Kaviraf

Merci!
