csrodriguez wrote:Hi there! I'd love to read Chapter 3. I've already done a test recording (as well as the weekly and fortnightly poetry readings) if you'd like to take a listen. My name is Christine Rodriguez and my website is http://leisurelyyours.blogspot.com. Thank you! :D
Hi Christine,

Welcom to Librivox. Here is a link to your catalog page, where you can keep track of what you have signed up for and what you have completed: http://librivox.org/newcatalog/people_public.php?peopleid=5655

Chapter 3 is all yours! Have fun and if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. :)

Thank you for the warm welcome! I have recorded and have quite a bit of editing to do. I knew that since this is my first time I wanted to start right away to leave plenty of time for me to do some editing and possibly (read: probably) re-record!
I am enjoying this so far! More so than I had imagined :)

Hi Chris,

Wow! That was fast ~ thank you! I hope you had fun!
Could you let me know what the running time of the file is? ~ it is needed for cataloging.

Elli will be along to proof listen it and will let you know if anything needs to corrected. I listened to a little bit and it sounds great! If you want to read any more, feel free to claim. :-)

Sorry! Forgot to include that. It's 23:28. I'd be happy to take Chapter 4.

Chapters 3: great reading! All tech specs are fine and so is the volume. :D
There is only one small thing that needs fixing:

repeat @23:00
One by one the lights went out in every home in the valley, and only the stars were left shining, in the cold wintry sky. No, there was one lamp that still burned. It was in the little cottage where old Professor Heinrich sat bowed over his books.

Wow! I'm not that fast. However, I did re-record my section and I am happy with it. Working on some editing and so far, so good :)
