COMPLETE: Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte - AF/kl
Can I have chapter 21? I can't pass up Jane Eyre...
21 is yours SarahEKD.
May I have a go at chapter 27 ?
My pronunciation might not always be right but "Jane Eyre" really is one of my long time favourites. I can't miss the opportunity to be part of it, he!

As long as you sound like you know what you're doing with your pronunciation, very few listeners will know the differenceezwa wrote:May I have a go at chapter 27 ?

If anyone has any questions, dont' hesitate to ask
I have a couple of questions.
Chapter 21 is about 53 minutes, recorded. Should I split it into two parts? If so, what I should I say at the end/beginning of the split?
Also, I never thought about it till reading aloud-do I pronounce "-shire" as "blankshire" ?
I'd appreciate any help =] Thanks!

I believe in England its pronounced "Sher" - "Blanksher" As to the recording size- an MC will have to help you thereSarahEKD wrote:I have a couple of questions.

Yeah, 53 minutes is fine. We try to keep recordings under an hour, but even if they go over an hour, one over an hour long recording in a book is OK.
Well, I pronounced it correctly then, hooray! I was just confused by the dash. I just need to do a little editing and I'll post it - probably tomorrow.
Thanks for the help =]
