Bill,

You need to include the .mp3 on the end of the file so it shows up like this or the link won't work: The upload is http://upload.librivox.org/share/uploads/arb/shortstory042_candles_wjb1.mp3.

The recording is PL OK (Vol. still missing from ID3 tag) but I wonder if this should be in the Coffee Break Collection where the works are supposed to be 15 minutes or less.

I just need to check what you are reading from . I have found an online text
http://en.wikisource.org/wiki/A_New_England_Nun - is yours the same ? We need to be sure as any editing etc can lead to things being able to be copyrighted .

I don't know whether this collection (Vol. 042) is full. What do the brackets ("[FULL]") mean? I don't know what "arb" means.
Have finished recording the short story "Reginald Blake, Financier and Cad," by Jerome K. Jerome. I would like to upload it. But when I try to I am told that my password doesn't work, and that I should get in touch with an administrator. Is this Annise?

This Collection is full - each one has 20 stories and we have 20 and it will be catalogued when the readers have fixed the files and it is proof listened

To use the uploader you need to use the password for the uploader not your personal password,. Full details on file format , labelling and uploading are always given in the first post . At some stage collection 043 will be opened and you will be able to upload your story according to the instructions in it but until the details are posted you do not know where to upload it

It is not necessary to rename your file when posting a correction - the uploader is programmed to label the existing file with a date and time so that there is no possibility of overwriting a file - don't worry about these , this is for future information only
