Ah, the last section on the shelf.
Take it unto you and make it audio :)

Kind regards

Jim

[Edit] I just listened to your 'Red Badge of Courage' recording.
It quite took my breath away.
Delightful to listen to.

Well, we have a full batch of fine readers and the project pushes forward just that fraction more.

Nikolle has bagged the last section and we should now progress forward to catch up with chapter 2 which is awaiting us already in 'readers found'.

Anyone reading this who might fear they've missed their chance of indulging in a reading of this magnificent history then, fear not.
There are 2 more chapters in the readers wanted forum and many more to come. I've seen this history referred to as the largest standard (whatever that means) work in the English language.

I've downloaded it and stashed it away on my hard drive.
It sounds fine.

It is Aaron
It's absolutely fine.
Should you feel the urge for more Macaulay we've still got a couple of chapters running looking for readers

and

:)

Actually I should pull me finger out and get my chapter recorded for this one. Just mine and one other to get this chapter finished.

Looking good.

So I see.
I've just downloaded it.

[EDIT] I've just started listening to it and noticed you give the wrong chapter number at the start.
You say chapter one and it's actually chapter 3. Any chance you could change it for me?[End of Edit]

And now, I'm the last one...

It looks like we might get both chapters 2 and 3 finished this weekend.
There's one piece outstanding on chapter 2 but the person it is allocated to hasn't been on Librivox for some considerable time.
If I get the time or opportunity I may have to grab it and record it myself to get the chapter finished.
This one will be done on Sunday and once it's all catalogued and stuff I shall give it wings and send it away on the torrents.
The first chapter looks like it hasn't been downloaded at all on archive.org but many copies have been downloaded on the torrents. It looks quite popular.
