Section 5 may be a little too loud. Other wise, it's pl-ok.
Stav.
Love gothic novels? Try Children Of The Abbey. Like surprising mysteries? Try The Amathist Cross. Looking for an easy read? Try Harriet's Choice.

No problem, Karen! :D I'm still working on my last 3 Trollope chapters, and will return to Charlemagne in a week or so.

Best regards,
Chris

Hello, all.

Since this project appears to be so welcoming to newcomers, I wonder if I might join the ranks? I'm familiar with Bulfinch.

I have read several tutorials and have my hardware/software working in accord. I'll be glad to submit the suggested one minute sample as well.

If this meets with your approval, I'd be honored to take on the 10th section of your enterprise.

Hi esegovis, your reading style is fine, and the track is virtually noise free. Its just a bit soft - you might try turning up the input volume. If it's already at maximum, don't worry too much - I amplified it in Audacity with good results - you could try that as a 2nd choice solution!

Please go ahead and record your section, I'm looking forward to it!

You're welcome, Karen! I'm glad we're doing this book. The stories are the inspiration for so much that we see in literature and film today, from Lord of the Rings to Harry Potter to Monty Python. They're great fun!

Thank you esogovis and Jacquerie - I've posted your sections to the window. Our proofer, Miss Stav, is very busy in real life right now, but she will be along when time permits.
