Here's chap. 57 with the offending passage fixed. Sorry to have missed it until now.

Thanks Nick - I wasn't offended :D It just sounded strange so I went and checked the text.

It offended me! perhaps I'm dyslexic, in switching the order of important words. And I'm sure it offended the spirit of Trollope. to say nothing of Phineas and the Duke of O.

chap.45

chap. 46

time: 20:12
size: 18.5MB

Here are these two chapters. I find myself again most grateful for and admiring of your proof listening -- tho I do listen myself before sending them off, the sound of my own voice is apt to send me off into outer space, thinking of all the other things I might be doing!

I'd be glad to take on 47 which is, as far as I can see, the last unassigned reading.

Best, Nick

Thanks for the files and 47 is yours . I'll move us to readers found, I'm pretty sure there will be 2 or 3 orphans soon however :(

Here's chap. 47:

(I'm tempted to say, after these last few chapters, that if Lopez were alive today, he'd have no trouble landing a job on Wall Street, trading in imaginary commodities).

Hi, Anne,
In order not to hold things up, because the project is so nearly finished, it might be best for you to orphan section 73 - sorry.
72 is recorded but needs editing, and I hope to have it uploaded before I move house on Friday... but, although I started recording 73, I had to break off and don't in all honesty see myself getting a chance to finish it in the next couple of days, and then my internet access might be quite limited for a short time after the move.
If you're happy to hang about for me for a couple of weeks, I'm very happy to finish it, and have every expectation of doing so by the target date of 1st March - but if you'd prefer to reallocate it and get the project into the catalogue the sooner, please feel free.
