Hi Jud,

I PL'ed Section 1. Few things to fix:
-in the intro after "The American Housewife by Anonymus" you should say "Chapter 1"
-Jennifer decided, as she has written in the first post, that the numbers should be read [1. Observations respecting Meat, for example]

Otherwise OK, nicely read!
