Gah! It's taken me so long to purchase a proper mic - now, if only I could get Audacity to work properly. :( So far, upon first impression, Audacity sucks.

I'd like to claim Editor Whedon, if it's not already done - now, if only I could get this darn program to work right.

Eh, spoke too soon - had the Mic on mute via the headset, not the computer, unfamiliar little feature. :S I'll get this guy done.

Welcome Mr. O'Meara! Take your time figuring out the technology... if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask us here... one of the nice thing about these poems is that they are short enough to redo them if the technology doesn't work right the first time =)

Enjoy! =)

Well, it's recorded, i'm trying to upload it to: http://librivixen.shininghalf.com/uploader/upload.cgi
...via the upload form, but it doesn't seem to be working, at all. I've tried numerous times, nothing happens whatsover. Am I just not seeing something?

hmmm... I'm really not familiar enough with the uploader (it was the former coordinator's)... but if you still can't get it to work (did you put in the password "pubdomain"?) .. you can email it to yourself with a service like http://yousendit.com or http://bigupload.com and then post the link they provide.

www.yousendit.com seems to have worked much better, I hope.
I believe the url is:

http://www.yousendit.com/transfer.php?action=download&ufid=30407FEA5F63F3DE

1.36MB
spoon_river_126_masters.mp3
#126 - Editor Whedon

For the catalogue, just 'Matthew O'Meara' will do fine, I guess.
If it's unsuitable, let me know!
