I think your phonetic rendering should do it. I'll give it a whirl. I'll fix if the PL has issues.TriciaG wrote:Well, here's what I've come up with for a phonetic on the one from section 17:
OY-ohn ep AY-mahz AHgaysee ("ay" like "hay", "ah" like "open wide and say ah")
Or in the Greek symbols, something like:
όιον επ ήμαζ αγησι
Section 11:
φιλαυτία καί φιλονεικια
phonetic: something like
phil-ow-TEE-a kai phil-ohn-AI-ki-a ("ow" like "cow", "ai" like "buy" or "high")
I can quick whip up a recording if you want it.

I finally did these corrections--took me forever to get the corrections to match in intonation/inflection/sound quality, etc.bperiwinkle wrote:Hi Kabrock,
Very Well Read!!! Your expression and speed are very good!
A few things need tweaking.
At 6:06, you read...."that which is by nature"....it should be "that which is HIS by nature"....
at 17:07 you read ...."Accepted by the Beloved"....it should be "Accepted IN the Beloved"....
I looked at the Greek NT Byzantine, and the word meaning will make a difference as it means position, not facility. So it does need to be changed.
Congratulations on a good job of a hard read!

Section 26
At 8:30, or a half second before, you read, "Taken from Him as head..."
Should be "Then from him as head...."
All else exceedingly fine.

Actually, it is there. The dunderhead that put the link in the MW made an error.
It should work now.

I learned that from Jo, recently when that happened to me at another project.

But don't you like the appellation "wonderhead"?
Because from my perspective, it fits you, O Smart One!

Well, "wonderhead" is quite a bit nicer than "dunderhead," that's for sure!
I guess us wonderheads are still prone to making the occasional error or two. Hee hee!
Maybe I should just not be called either. One's too harsh, one's too complimentary.

Hey. No way I can help by the target completion date, but assuming that is out the window, I will take 14.
I still have stuff to do on In His Steps tho, so if anyone else can be faster, give them preference.
