Elli, Sec 17 is just fine, too. :) You accent is quite clear, but I think it would be even clearer if you would slow down a little! Lovely job, though.

Here's the last chapter, Section 45, "Concluding Observations on Snobs."

That was a hoot to read! Great fun. Satire should always be dripping ...

Hi dimplemonkey,

Welcome to The Book of Snobs! You could tell which of the sections you'd like to read and then proceed :) I'll put you in the Magic Window. It's on the first post, take a look and take your pick!

Hi Denny,

Glad you had fun! :D Thank you for your section. Would you like to read more sections from this book?
And one more thing -- please specify the duration of this file? :)

Um I was including myself in that... but of course I have been here longer and if a post doesn't make sense, I know where to look!

If you see a comment like "do I wait for the green light" from a new reader, you can be sure that he/she wrote something in the subject line and was just writing a sentence in the message body in order that it will be submited. It's not a metter of simple mindness, just remember this little rule.
Love gothic novels? Try Children Of The Abbey. Like surprising mysteries? Try The Amathist Cross. Looking for an easy read? Try Harriet's Choice.

Sorry guys. Didn't mean to over complicate things. I suppose that I shouldn't write anything up there henceforth. Or..... let other newbies know this? Thanks, all!

Hi dimplemonkey,

No no, there's no problem at all with how you did your claiming. I'm more or less a newbie myself, hence all the complications =)) Section 5 is all yours! Don't worry about it, it's just a silly issue :)
