Thanks Brian - we always ask for it to be posted to help us be sure everything arrives safely both here and when we shift the finished work to Archive. I'll PL this sometime today .

Thanks Anne
Glad that it's okay. You're right about the bloodthirsty bit - life was cheap, it seems.
Happy that I can now listen to other parts/readers on this!
thanks again

There's something wrong with Cantos 10 & 11. I think they may be duplicates. I listened to them a couple times and it seemed like they were repeats, so I took a careful look at the text while listening and sure enough they both start exactly the same way. The only difference is that one is labeled and announced as Canto Ten and the other Eleven.

Thanks for picking that up - I have emailed the reader and am hoping she has a file of the correct canto as I don't have one as I do not have one.

I have also orphaned the 2 unread cantos as a PM I sent has not been picked up.

Any takers? It would be good to get the whole thing up - I don't expect them back yesterday but maybe by the end of the month would be good, so someone who has read some of it already would be really nice

Anne - begging shamelessly :D

Hello Anne
I am waiting for some new software (computer died, new box needs new software) which should be arriving in a few days. If someone else grabs the cantos in the meantime, great. If not, I could likely get them done by the end of the month. I've downloaded the text again and will begin practicing them.
So, a definite maybe - it's in the hands of Apple Computer.

That's the right one - so glad you still had it . You can uncross your fingers now. I've amplified it a bit , its a really nice reading , hope you'll be back reading when RL settles down

Hi Anne
I am now recording, sorry about the delay but business has been crazy - long days.... I should be able to finish, check and upload this week. Glad that the other books are so popular, I'm sure this one will be too!

Hello Anne
Here is the url for Canto 5
http://upload.librivox.org/share/uploads/arb/faeriequeene_bk5_05_spenser.mp3
I think it's okay, recording length is 31:34
I've been swamped with my regular biz, so I get at these in bits and pieces! Love reading it, and love the writing, sorry that it's so slow coming....
Let me know of any problems.

Hmmmm. Link's not working, I might need to rename it since the "MP3" isn't highlighted?
Let me know and I can re-upload.
