Hehe - well, 'manage' is perhaps too daunting a word... what is needed is
1) posting of the project in Listeners Wanted forum (see the FAQ sticky there)

2) Daily checking of the thread to see if people have 'signed up' for chapters, and updating the intro thread with their names so people can tell what's been listened to

3) When feedback comes back, you can note this also in the intro thread, or fix it immediately

4) When all chapters have been taken, changed the subject of the thread from Listeners Wanted to Listeners Found.

So the 'managing' part is keeping track of posts in that thread and making sure that everyone can easily understand what's going on, to avoid duplication of effort! :) Just have a look at a couple of Listeners Wanted threads and you'll see how it works.

If you like, you can use this as a template for the post (just copy and paste the code below and use the Preview option - add the other file links, obviously):

I think I can do that.
I know you'll be there (in Malta) to help when I run afoul!!
:-)
I'll keep plugging away at the reading and then charge into the "listeners wanted"

Super! Thanks, John. I'll keep an eye on the Listeners Wanted thread with you, but I'm sure it will be fine. - Gorgeous day here today, but I'm going now to scrape paint off our walls!

This title has been downloaded 1920 times via the bitTorrent, John, and is still well seeded for many more downloads. Congratulations.

I meant to post after I finished listening - great recording here John, you did a wonderful job conveying the mischief of the story. :)

John, this was fantastic. Loved your Aunt Polly and the pathos of Tom trying to impress a girl. Great fun!
