Well, congratulation, daniele, and thank you so much for all your work.
But you are right. We have to wait for the prooflistening of the last section before I can really start to do anything, i.e., cataloging.
I will move the project to "Readers found" meanwhile and mark its status as "being in prooflistening".

COMPLETE [ITALIAN] Vagabondaggio by Giovanni Verga - ry
Hello Daniele,
just one question: you gave your summary of the book in English. As it is read in Italian, perhaps you could give me an Italian version as well: nearly all non-English books have the summary in the language of the project (and often additionaly an English description).
By the way: are you able to edit the project? Or can you only write in the magic window. If you are able to edit the project, you will see an option to specify the Librivox Category and to enter some genre tags. As I don't no exactly the contents of the project, it would be best if you fill out these yourself (Otherwise I'll give you the available genres and add them myself).
Thanks,
Rainer

Regarding the translation of the summary you're perfectly right, I forgot to submit one in Italian, I'll fix that in a moment and fill in an Italian description as well.
As for editing the project I'm not sure what you mean. I can edit the first post and I can write in the magic window. That's about all I can do. If you give me a list of those genres as you suggested I'll be glad to pick the right ones.
cheers, daniele.

Thanks Daniele,
I'm finishing the catalogue today and will add the Italian translation of the summary as soon as you provide it.
And regarding category/genre: the advanced options of our catalogue allow to search for specific categories and genres. Here is a shortcut to the sites:
http://librivox.org/newcatalog/visitor_advanced.php
http://librivox.org/newcatalog/genres.php
The category will probably will be Fiction, but I don't know exactly what genres apply. Probably "short works", but I don't know which else (there can be more than one). Just tell me which you like to have for the projecat, and I willl add them (you probably can't do this yourself).

The project is now in our catalogue. Many thanks to Daniele, Leni and all the readers.
Please make sure that everything is correct on the catalogue page. An Italian summary will be added to the catalogue page later.

I would go with Fiction and short stories as you suggested.
Furthermore as short stories sounds a trifle too generic, we could also add Travel for, though misleading it might seem at a first glance, it is the leading and underlying theme which comprises all these short stories(even the title of this collection means something in the lines of 'meandering', 'wandering about')
(I'll take some more time to write the Italian summary, thanks)

Hello Daniele,
both suggestions are perfectly fine, and I already added them. Just in case you didn't notice: it's possible to assign more than one genre. If you want to add more, just tell me.

Yes, I wish that both "travel" and "short stories" were selected as genres(whilst I think at the moment only "short stories" is signed on as this search gives no result http://librivox.org/newcatalog/search_advanced.php?title=Vagabondaggio&author=&cat=&genre=Travel&status=all&type=&language=&date=&reader=&bc=&mc=&action=Search)
