Oh, they've yet to be completed. But I had the house to myself and enough time to finish the recordings.

Back to studying for organic chemistry~
I once knew how to fix mercury, and now I am myself fixed.

Procrastinating! EXCELLENT!

Shakespeare is more fun than organic any day. When you're not getting tested on it, that is.

Updated Act V Stage Directions. First "Reads" copied and pasted in as the fourth one, and "A dance" recorded and pasted in (hopefully in the right spot!)

mp3, 5.12 mb, 5:36: http://upload.librivox.org/share/uploads/law/midsummer_stagedir_5.mp3

wav, :28.2 mb, 5:35: http://upload.librivox.org/share/uploads/law/midsummer_stagedir_5.wav

Only think I can think of to explain the one second difference in duration is thag one was exported using "Export as..." and the other using "Export Selection as...". They were exported one afther the other, and no change made to the audio other than doing a "Select all". Go figure....

I figured I'd at least try to give Cori a head start on getting things pieced together, even if all of the other parts aren't in, since the Stage Directions sections are essentially the base of the whole work...........

And with a week to go! Thanks, Rosalind!

Everyone else -- there's only a week to go! (lol) I have a frantic reminder PM all ready to send out in bulk, so if you would like to avoid having me hyperventilate at you, get crackin'. :D

Great choice of starting projects, Metaflower, thankyou! Please keep an eye on this thread in case there are any tweaks needed on your files. :D
There's honestly no such thing as a stupid question -- but I'm afraid I can't rule out giving a stupid answer : : To Posterity and Beyond!

And this was my first "official" recording, too. At least, it was the first logged as completed!

Starveling Acts 1,2,4 and 5 are all PL-OK

However there are two lines in Act 3 Scene 1 which are not recorded.

In the Magic Window Laurie Anne has shown Act 3 Scene ! but has left out Act 2 .

I'll try and edit the window.

I have shown Act 2 as PL-OK but Laurie Anne will have to show that Act is included.

Brian

PS It is great to have another Australian start recording and i enjoyed the reading.

But Starveling doesn't have any lines in Act 2 (or so I thought). I thought Act 3 was labeled 2 by accident, so I just called that file Act 3 in the window. I listened to the first few lines and it seemed to be Act 3... hmm.
