gord already started this great trend: if you (or anyone) is willing to be the "team leader" then just post the project in the readers wanted section.

If you do so, you are de factor "team leader" and responsible for:

a) posting book in Readers Wanted
b) managing allocation of chapters
c) setting file names and ID3 tags
d) collecting files from all volunteers
e) transmitting all files to librivox once book is complete

Nice, another notch in our decentralization plan!
