Cool. Nice to be back. I'm anticipating a really crazed November between work and NaNoWriMo and LibriNaNo. I only signed up for the one chapter, but you can count on recruiting me for one or two more if there are gaps to fill when we get closer.

To G— and all,

:hmm: I'm wondering how everyone feels about this. I know we sorta brought this up before...

I've been driving about the the two counties I live and work in this past month, and for some unknown
reason The Blue Tulip stories (oops stores) keep sprouting up where they never were before.
Don't know if it's the specter of Nanowrimo and memories of all the work of a year past,
or if it's a sudden desire to buy accessories and Halloween supplies, but it's beginning to bug
the bizwadda outta me that the name of this chain store and the name of our novel,
the novel I'm going to help mold shape and perfect over a month's period, sport the same appellation.

I can appreciate your spark of inspiration G—, but can we consider Blue Tulip a "working title,"
and come up with a novel-appropriate title as the book progresses?

I'd like to have the title fixed in the beginning this time, so the story can draw on it. I really don't see a problem with calling it The Blue Tulip, but since it bothers you I will rename it.

New title The Yellow Sheet - that should give some interesting possibilities, with all its double meanings. :)

Thanks Gesine. You're so immediate. Thanks for an even more enigmatic (provocative) title. You're a bad girl.

(Isn't there a lavatory supply company called The Yellow Sheet?)

There doesn't seem to be one but
http://www.yellowsheet.ca/
http://www.yellowsheet.com/
http://www.yellowsheetreport.com/

Let those not keep you from using that title though.

See that folks are shying away.
Beginning to look like NoMoRiMo.

And with that connection, thought to let anyone wanting to know or thinking to know,
that I will not have any extra time this year myself for this project, sort anyone be looking
looking for someone to fill in openings. I am hoping that more people will up to move this along.

Gesine,

Did I miss it or are we going to set up a new Google page for this?

ok... i'm not going to squabble about the title... but awww... Blue Tulip was so picturesque =)

I'm going to go out on a limb and sign up for part 04 (my schedule is nutty during the week, but I should have enough time for a Sunday chapter) ... perhaps I'll sign up for more later, but I don't want to over commit at this point =)
