Hi Mat, welcome to LibriVox! Section 36 has been assigned to you. Unless you have previous recording experience, you might like to submit a 3 or 4 minute sample of the beginning of your section to make sure the technical issues are all ironed out. :)

Just post it to this thread, and I'll have a listen.

kmerline wrote:I've often wondered which Yarmouth. We need some help here from an East Anglian, but as a Dickens fan from the US, I don't think it's the one on the Isle of Wight. I think it's the one on the East Anglian (east) cost, roughly between London and Norfolk, because they drive there in Barkis' cart without having to take a ferry.
In one of the chapters I'm uploading right now, David Copperfield says that Yarmouth is only a day's drive from London, if that helps.

He writes dialog with the accent, which makes it hell to read. I have no idea what the characters are saying half the time.

Suffice it to say, my David Copperfield is apparently from the American south west :)

Herewith Chapter 62:

http://download.yousendit.com/EDA55F693B2ED771

Hope it's OK.

For some reason, I have to use an external uploader and also a proxy server to get in!

I'll do Chapters 31 and 32 to finish off, if you wish -
