Section 3 was easily a PL OK offering but there seems to be too much of it.

Everything after 09:19 up to the closing was read earlier as a part of Section 4. A simple snip and this will be ready to be listed as PL OK.

Looks like a couple of sections needing a little attention is all that keeps this project from completion.
