I'm sorry about the slip-up, Sonia; I usually record in a number of blocks and merge them into a compiled file as I edit them. I missed the middle file from the merge. Here's the complete file. I've deleted the repeat you mentioned. The inserted section runs from 14.34 to 31.04

I liked the comment the king made to the ambassador, too. I just wish his opinion was more widely accepted.
Any more suggestions for key words?
****
Ava, you're probably right about the hot cross buns, so I've removed the phrase from the key words, but it was fun to read about their origin.

No need to keep up the suspense - what ARE hot cross buns?
Summary is as you'd like it?

Hot cross buns: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hot_cross_bun
It was interesting to see them called "hot crossed-buns" in the text ... the emphasis on the cross has been lost over the years.
It used to be that we would only get them around Easter time; but we get them all the year round these days. The commercial ones are only insipidly spiced, but I have a recipe which gives a very fruity, powerfully spiced bun (no cross, of course). I remembered a hemispherical spicy, sticky bun from my childhood and worked on duplicating it, using hot cross bun recipes as my starting point. I sent the recipe to my sister, who made a batch, then liked them so much that she made another batch the next day.
I'll wait for Sonia's opinion on the summary, if I may, but it's the best I can do at the moment.

thank you Peter. At least you still had your files saved.
Most of the new text was perfect but I suspect the final 2 minutes are an unedited first draft lots of repeats still in, which need to get cut:
> at 23:24: part of the sentence missing, (underlined) which makes it incomplete: "while similar attributes are expressed in the Scandinavian goddess Isa or Disa"
> at 29:04: between " This marvellous work of excavation" and "by the slow process of the chisel" - the pause could be shortened, since it feels a bit long for the middle of a sentence
> at 29:16: repeat, one version can be cut: " The beauty of its architectural ornaments"
> at 29:49: repeat: " reaching to the height of 100 feet"
> at 30:02: repeat: "upper floors"
> at 30:07: stumble and repeat: "of a smooth and polished"
> at 30:28: repeat: "figure galleries"
> at 30:34: ouch ! there was a loud noise which nearly gave me a heart attack ! after "supported by regular pillars" - can be cut once, is repeated later without the fatal noise
> from 30:38 to 30:40: between "regular pillars" and "outside the temple" - the pause feels quite long
> at 30:46: there's a mumble and long hesitation pause before saying "quote", which could be trimmed a bit

I have an idea what happened, but won't try to explain ... but do apologise sincerely. I've not often made such a mess.
I've uploaded the edited file. The first correction is now at 23.22, and the block of corrections runs from 29.04-30.46

Thanks, Sonia; it seemed well-researched, and made sense.
It'll be fun to see how much interest it arouses.
Ava; we're ready to go .. and thank you.
