Thanks - just adjusted what came.
couple of points
Should we change the catalogue name to the real reader's name ? It's easy to do.

If the further volumes are single readers we could use the Solo template and cut down the disclaimer . As long as there is a PD statement and the obvious needs of which "chapter" and something at the end of each file to say it is the end and the file has not been cut off by the gremlins we would be happy
Took me a while to find your 13th September post - then I realised it was 14th here

Volume 2 of this book is ready to be added to Librivox. Should I start from the very beginning with the same workflow as Volume 1? Thank you.

Yes - every volume needs it's own database entry (that is what the template produces + magic window produces).
