Yes, unless the BC has preclaimed the cover, when the project is marked complete by your MC in the database, it shows up in the cover claiming system as needing a cover. Someone will claim it, make the cover and upload the link in the cover makers thread. At that point it will be added to the archive page for the project and will show in the catalog. I just checked and it's already been claimed by one of the cover makers, so it should be along in due course. :)
