For Chapters 1-3, do you want me to check that the tech specs and the silence at the beginning and end of the recording are to standards? Is that what you mean by "checking the basics"?

Some advice please - chapter 9 is 50 minutes long so should I break it up into 2 sections of 25 minutes each or leave it as it is?

Your choice. It's less than the length of an audio CD, so you can keep it as it is. Or if you prefer to split it up, you can. (If you do, you can click the "Add section" button when you're inside the Magic Window, fill in the information, then drag the new section from the bottom to the spot it should be in the list.)
