Murray's Adirondack Tales, by William Henry Harrison Murray (1840 - 1904)

This project is now complete! All audio files can be found on our catalog page: https://librivox.org/murrays-adirondack-tales-by-william-henry-harrison-murray/

Two delightful tales surrounding the adventures of John Norton, the Trapper. He gives us a good glimpse into life in the deep woods, and how he deals with those who would disturb him or others with their, "diviltry." John Norton gives us all a great example of hospitality, bravery, forgiveness, and justice as only he can. (Summary by Keith Salis)
Source text (please read only from this text!): https://archive.org/details/mysteryofwoodsma00murriala/page/n7/mode/2up

Target completion date: 2021-10-31

Prooflistening level: Standard
Prospective PLs, please see the Guide for Proof-listeners.

IMPORTANT - soloist, please note: in order to limit the number of languishing projects on our server, we ask that you post an update at least once a month in your project thread, even if you haven't recorded anything. If we don't hear from you for three months, your project may be opened up to a group project if a Book Coordinator is found. Files you have completed will be used in this project. If you haven't recorded anything yet, your project will be removed from the forum (contact any admin to see if it can be re-instated).

Please don't download or listen to files belonging to projects in process unless you are the BC or PL. Our servers are not set up to handle the greater volume of traffic. Please wait until the project has been completed. Thanks!

OK, your MW is ready! I'm assuming we are waiting for Jennifer to check in as DPL. I will wait until she does before I put her in.

Just a note to say that it will take me a bit to get started on this.
I'm moving on Sept 11th, so I won't be starting until some time after that.

Since I'm acting it out, I'll take that as a compliment. 😁
