I wondered because the forum and magic Windows are so slow at times. But forgetting is as good a reason as any :mrgreen:

sections 24-25 are PL OK!

This part did not make sense to me:
“Suppose that you think that it is night?” Suppose that I do. “But also think that it is night.” That is not consistent with the hypothesis.

Maybe he means that if you have given yourself to the direction of others then you cannot direct yourself? So all is what you believe whether at the direction of another (the hypothesis) or at the direction of yourself (contrary to the hypothesis)? I'm just guessing here, for sure that part didn't make sense to me either. With Epictetus, as with everything else in my life, I use the wisdom of others that I need (or makes sense to me and leave the rest). Interesting consideration!
