Leading numbers in the title field sometimes cause problems. It's best if the numbers 1-9 are written as 01, 02,...,09. Computers get confused and think 2 comes after 19. The other solution is to put "Ch." or "Chapter" before the number in the title field (or in this case leave them out when they are same as the section numbers).

Ouch, indeed. I've had two cervical disk surgeries over the years; I know what it's like.

I have other projects I need to complete in June, so likely won't post any more of this book until July.
