Yes, better. I guess that's why they ask us PL'ers to listen through earphones. It does make the pops, clicks, hisses and bkg noise more prominent.

11:54 there is not a talent, or an aspiration, or a joy in me -- you say inspiration. I am just mentioning this in case you want this chapter as perfect as all the rest is. I don't think any listener would notice.

This is the chapter that I think inspired me, as a girl, to years later aspire to become a teacher. It's beautiful.

I enjoyed chapter 7 too. I'm impressed at all the creative ways Miss Sullivan found to teach Helen about the world. Chapter 6 is probably my favorite so far, mostly because of the way Miss Sullivan tries to explain love.
